STATEMENT:
I have over 15 years experience working in record stores, selling at record conventions and many years of mail order / ebay record sales. Buyers can expect quick and friendly correspondence and shipping of accurately and conservatively graded records. From 2000-2006 I worked in Rome, Italy and have been based in New York since 2006. Therefore, to avoid any confusion, even though much of my ebay feedback mentions Rome, I am now living in New York and all records will be shipped from here.
POLICY:
I will refund your full purchase price if you are not satisfied with the record. However, as you can see by my feedback, the records are graded very conservatively so that I hope you receive a record in better condition that you have expected. I will work quickly and cheerfully to resolve any problems that may arise.
I will not refund for packages lost in the post if you have not purchased insurance.
SHIPPING:
Please use the shipping calculator for single purchases. The prices should be close to what they are listed below.
I will work with you to combine multiple record purchases to save on shipping. I try to charge exact shipping rounded to the nearest dollar plus $1 for the record shipper.
INSURANCE: please e-mail and I will quote Insurance (around $2 for up to $100 value and $3+ for values over $100).
International buyers remember that I can only insure the package for the amount listed on customs form.
All shipments are by USPS with delivery confirmation and limited tracking.
PAYMENT: Pay Pal or e-mail for options.
GRADING: I grade all records by conservatively practiced Goldmine standards. I also buy a lot of records myself through the mail and therefore understand and try to specifically mention any irregularity with any record I am selling so that you know exactly what you are buying. As I believe you will see from my ebay feedback, have a long list of buyers satisfied with my grading standards.
