Description
This is an overall fine original stereo U.S. pressing copy of the rare sole LP by the Tiffany Shade, released in 1968. From Cleveland, the group recorded one of the better late '60s LPs on the Mainstream label, mixing psych rock and moody pop with keyboard featuring prominently. All but one of the LP's tracks are group compositions (the lone cover is a version of Love's "Softly to Me," which is miscredited on the LP jacket and disc labels). The jacket has one problem area, the bottom seam, which has some heavy wear (see photos). It's otherwise in fine condition with some corner wear and light ring wear -- overall EX. The disc has some scraping, scuffing, and loss of glossiness, and plays with steady, mostly light surface noise audible between tracks and in quieter passages (VG+).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
