GRADE & DESCRIPTION (GATEFOLD COVER):  VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) No splits, plastic inner sleeve, noticeable ring wear and indentation, firm and legible spine, light edge and corner rub, spider creases along edges, large crease lower right corner, white stains or what looks like paper rub front slick center and upper left side, no writing or promo cuts.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD):  NEAR MINT (NM) Almost no signs of paper scuffs, shows plenty of gloss and shine, solid play through with low background.

INSERTS:  POSTER IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO PIN HOLES OR TEARS.
