Item details:
Vintage and original. In 1954, a famed Jazz critic and journalist financed the first recording of Modern Jazz in Mexico. He put together various configurations made up of Mario Patron piano, Hector Hallal sax (both having participated in the Newport Jazz festival that same year), Tino Contreras drums, Cesar Molina trumpet, Tommy Rodriguez sax, Victor Ruiz Pasos bass, Juan Ravelo sax & Pepe Solis horn in a 30 track jam session. The result of that session is included in this great 3-LP set. Gatefold cover with b/w photos and a brief description of the session. Tracklist is shown in our pictures.
