The 1988 debut album from Melbourne outfit TISM who since forming have enjoyed a large underground / independent / cult following.
It’s hard to know where to start musically with this lot. People who like them absolutely rave about their subversive rock/pop output ; then there’s others who don’t give a rats freckle …they are that sort of band where there’s seemingly no middle ground.
Tagged as Melbourne’s anonymous naughty boys they do present clean guitars, gloriously catchy vocal lines and a wonderfully satirical lyric which in the 80’s came across as fresh as freshly plucked mint from the garden. In a nutshell they deliver literate rock and roll full of savage political and media commentary with great guitars and keyboards to drive it home.
Now long out of print and not easy to find there are some absolute gems amongst this set.

Vinyl - play-tested completely both sides : Both looks and play fantastic. A couple of ultra-light marks of no consequence sound-wise. No pops. No skips. Glorious shine. Rated a strong EX+.
Labels : Clean.
Inner Sleeves : new.
Outer Sleeve : Brilliant. No writing. No splits. No ring-wear….simply magic.
