T.K.G. -- Love Rapping The Message (Vocal/Instrumental) -- hard to find, original U.S. 12" 33-1/3 single. Insanely rare private press 12" from this little-known Westcoast artist -- real name: Nathaniel Askew (Mr. Tee). Fantastic early 1980's Old School Rap - Funk - Disco vibe out of Los Angeles here, possibly the only record released on this label and highly sought-after. Almost never comes up for sale. This comes in a generic white cover and does NOT include the original picture sleeve -- BUT, possibly better, it DOES include a hand-written letter from the musician himself, Nathaniel Askew aka Mr. Tee, apparently to a radio station DeeJay he sent the 12" to, which reads: "How are you doing, fine I hope ... Look I am sending you a copy of my record. I want you to play it and tell me how you like it and how the other other people react to it -- Thank You, Nathaniel - Mr. Tee." The letter also includes Askew's three phone #'s at the time. In generic white cover.
