Vinyl: Side A-track2("Creep") has some slight scratch noise (barely noticeable). So SideA is VG to VG+. But Other tracks of Side A are EX excellent, Plays really fine. Side B is EX. 

Sleeve:  EX+ very clean sleeve with small light tear. (last picture)        (M>NM>NM->EX+>EX>EX->VG+>VG>G>Poor)

Mint: A sealed record, in original packaging and certainly NEVER played.
NM: Record handled/played rarely, with no visible signs of damage, and no degradation of sound quality.

VG+: Record may have light visual marks/scuffs/smudges or surface noise. Plays without pops or skips.

VG: Record may have visible smudges/scuffs/surface wear but still plays without skipping. 
G: Well played with little luster and significant surface noise. Despite defects, record should still play all the way through without skipping.
