Description
Released by Tamla Motown in 1965, cat # TMG 520; this is “Do The Boomerang†/ “Tune Up†by Jr Walker and the All Stars.
All of these records came from a one-owner 26,000 collection, so you can imagine that he did not get much chance to play many of the records he acquired! This is a red/white demo to which is applied the actual release date in black biro across the centre. I’ve no idea if this was common practice or not as my other red and white demo’s have printed dates in the centres.
The A-side label has a small amount of wear just to the lower edge of the catalogue number. The B-side label has a just-visible ring-mark. Visually, the playing surfaces are in excellent condition with only one surface mark on the A-side. Playing does not disappoint and the sonic quality lives up to the appearance – an excellent record!
Postage and packing for one record will be £1.10 UK, £1.80 Europe and £2.50 USA and the Rest of the World. For two records, the costs are £1.30 UK, £2.20 Europe and £3.20 USA and the Rest of the World.
Payment by PayPal is preferred for all customers; though I will accept cheques or postal orders for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay by PayPal unless agreed otherwise prior to auction end.
