Original 1964 U.S. MONO press of LP on original red / yellow Phillies label
compilation LP titled "PHILLES RECORDS presents TODAY'S HITS"
i think this is actually 2nd press ~ i believe 1st press was on Blue Philles label a year earlier, in 1963
CONDITION:
cover: VG/VG+
lite shelf wear /soiling ~ lite wear/fray to edges & corners ~ small bumps/creases to corners
bottom edge has seam split at opening ~ about 5" ~ back cover has some fading & small markings
vinyl: VG+(+)
clean & glossy ~ a few lite smudges ~ a few lite marks,lite scratches & needlemarks ~ ~ all superficial
plays excellent with 3 or 4 lite clicks in a couple of spots & a bit of occasional
lite surface noise/soft crackle here & there ~ noticeable mostly just between some of the tracks
but, in several of the quieter moments,too ~ all low level
