TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS: "Off The Record Special"  - from August 1987. I think this is One hour long; four sides of a two-record set. PROMOTIONAL USE-ONLY.  These are the actual discs sent to the radio stations for airplay, complete with cue sheets (scripts). This was NEVER available to the public, it was only given out to radio stations to be used on-the-air, for the week of 8/03/87. Normally they're expected to be destroyed after one use, as they are only to be played on the date given. 
This was to promote the  "Let Me Up (I've Had Enough)" album. Music and interview. Original USA pressing LP set. STILL SEALED. Cover is Near Mint, still in the original shrinkwrap. Records are NM (three sides), NM- (remaining side). Cue sheets/Q sheets have some appropriate writing (timing, in the boxes provided for that purpose) which I think proves this was used on air. I'll bet it was never played after that. These are often mishandled by the on-air staff, thrown around the studio after the sides are done, this is probably a way-exceptional copy of this cool collectable Petty item.
