ISLAND LABEL ORIGINAL 1985 FIRST UK PRESSING WITH GLOSSY SINGLE SLEEVE WITH STICKERED FACTORY SHRINK STILL ATTACHED & LYRIC INNER, IN NEAR MINT ARCHIVE CONDITION. YOU WONT FIND A BETTER EXAMPLE.

Released in 1985, I am offering today this original ISLAND label first UK pressing of this superb album from TOM WAITS titled "RAIN DOGS" this is widely regarded as Tom's best album and listening to it you can see why. It features some great tracks including CLAP HANDS, CEMETERY POLKA, JOCKEY FULL OF BOURBON and of course the title track RAIN DOGS. The vinyl plays nicely with excellent audio but there was a touch of crackle on the last track on side one.
The album comes with its original glossy single sleeve which is in clean condition with original factory shrink with HMV price sticker still attached. in extremely clean archive condition with fully legible spine and no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc. Overall is a top archive example. You won't find better.
The album comes complete with its original lyric inner sleeve which like everything else is in very clean condition.
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays extremely well with excellent audio. absolutely no sticks or skips etc.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks very clean some would say near mint and plays through with excellent audio, with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The glossy single sleeve is clean with fully legible spine and absolutely no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc with its original stickered factory shrink still attached.
The LABELS, The original ISLAND labels are very clean, showing minimal spindle traces, Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original lyric inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc extremely clean.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
