This is a 1976 test pressing vinyl lp of the Tom Waits album called Small Change on Asylum Records #7E-1078. The album includes the tracks Tom Traubert's Blues, Step Right Up, Jitterbug Boy, I Wish I Was In New Orleans, The Piano Has Been Drinking (Not Me), Invitation To The Blues, Pasties And A G-String, Bad Liver And A Broken Heart, The One That Got Away, Small Change & I Can't Wait To Get Off Work. The record is in near mint condition with a few very light handling marks on it, the labels are clean and they have one spindle mark and the cover is very good+ being a plain jacket. It dosen't have a info sheet.
