Description

TONY SCOTT "Golden Moments" (recorded in 1959 the record was never released before 1982)  A rare, unique record sample with NOT FOR SALE embossed on its cover.  As is explained on the record sleeve, Tony Scott recorded this session in New York in 1959, but it was never released before 1982. In 1978, the clarinettist made a rare visit to New York and gave the tapes to producer Joe Passman who, edited the tape for release for the first time in 1982.  Personal:Tony SCOTT (clarinet) Bill EVANS (pno) Jimmy GARRISSON (bass) Pete LaROCA (dms) Condition: Side A is mint, but there is a superficial mark on the first tract of side B,which doesn't affect the sound.
