TONY SHERIDAN & THE BEATLES – My Bonnie
ORIG Polydor 45 / NH 66833 (UK, Mono, 1961)
Happy to offer this nice condition copy of the first UK 45rpm single to feature The Beatles. This is the second press with the narrow title font. Complete with its original orange Polydor sleeve – no splits and in close to excellent shape!
The labels are in minimum EX (Excellent) condition – light rubs and mild to moderate spindle use only. NO stickers, writing, residue, tears, nicks or other damage. Certainly above average pair of these vintage labels which are now nearing 55 years old!
The vinyl is in EX- (Excellent Minus or Near Excellent) shape. Some marking but mainly faint, almost imperceptible ‘ghost’ scuffing – not ugly or intrusive and with little, if any, effect on the audio. One or two other light marks but in general a great looking disc with NO feelable marks. Maintains good if not excellent shine and will please the majority of collectors.
IT HAS BEEN CAREFULLY LISTENED TO and plays up to the visual grade – EX. NO snap, pops, heavy clicks or distortion/groove wear. A touch of surface hiss/static on the run-ins and the occasional soft tick. Always under, never over the music. A great sounding disc.
