This album was sold once by me already. It was bought on Ebay Sealed, and some A**hole bought it, opened it, copied to his hard drive and the returned the album!! With a totally reason for return.
And then when he returned the album he did not package it well at all. So it returned with seam splits at the Top and Bottom middle of the cover. Other than these two issues, this Album is Brand New, Un-Sealed.
It has been play graded and plays perfectly, with no audible flaws. We are grading this record at VG+ / NM. If not for the above mentioned flaws is would be a Sealed, Mint/Mint Lp.

Cover : Very Good Plus Condition
               Extremely Nice ~ 1 1/2 inch splits at Top and Bottom.                Sharp corners. Beautiful Cover.                Everything looks really good. Except for the Splits.

NM = record appears mostly new and un-played

EX = record looks great, may be a few light paper scuffs, that would not affect Playback

VG+ = fairly nice copy, may be a few light marks, occasional tick or pop, but mostly clean sound

VG = wear, scuffing, light scratches, ticks and pops, but a very playable copy

VG- many scuffs or groove wear, would play with some noise, but still listenable

G+ = a playable copy but very very worn, would play with lots of noise

G through G- = wall hanger
