TOOL – Lateralus Unoffical 2x12” Vinyl – 2001
Background
The Unofficial Lateralus double LP is considered as one of the rarest and most sought after vinyl discs in the Tool discography. It was pressed in the Europe and in extremely limited numbers, hence they appear on Ebay very rarely.
There is no evidence to explain the origins of this pressing however there are some that say it is an unofficial promo LP and the other school of thought being that they were produced for Radio Stations airplay as the original picture disc audio quality was not particularly good. Either way this is highly collectable and no doubt will rise in value over time.

Condition of Vinyl & Promotional items
Cover – The plain black cover is in great shape nice and square and solid spine. There are some faint marks consistent with age and a little ringwear on the rear but otherwise fantastic. Please see the photographs (please note the white mark near the top of the rear cover is the flash).
Vinyl – The Vinyls are un-played and in exactly the same shape as first acquired. They appear to be in fantastic shape with a few insignificant surface marks when viewed carefully under a lamp. This vinyl has been stored safely and as securely over the years in a dry and dark LP storage unit.
