A great double sider 70's Soul R&B dancer from THE TOPICS, on MERCURY RECORDS #73447 an original 7" 45 RPM, not a re-issue, pressed and released in 1973, titled - BOOKIN UP BABY written by C. Gumbs -b/w-  the US push side at the time titled  GIVING UP written by Van McCoy. Produced by Bruce Clark. This is a Demo, DJ, Promotion copy released to radio stations prior to being released in a for sale record store stock copy. Contained in the Philips-Mercury-Vertigo/Phonogram Records paper sleeve.. 
The vinyl is in Mint- to Mint Condition, bright, shiny, clean, no scratches on the Booking Up Baby side - and on the Giving up side, it's in NM/Mint- where there is a slight very small fraction few grooves toward the end  partial scratch along/across about 10 grooves, plays all the way through and other wise on the Giving Up side it's bright, shiney, clean and no scratches or marks. Again, on the Booking Up Baby side, it is in Mint Condition, bright, shiny, clean, no scratches. The label is in Mint- to Mint Condition. 70's Soul.
