Auction Description:

TORI AMOS "From the Choirgirl Hotel" double vinyl LP...Atlantic Records 1998 #83095-1.  The vinyl is in VG shape, and sleeve is in VG+ shape.  The sleeve has all it seams, corners, etc intact.  It's in very clean shape. The LP is in great shape, and appears to have been played little if at all.  However the very first track "Spark" has an anomaly directly pressed into the vinyl.  There's a small, discolored object right inside the wax.  The grooves have been pressed into it.  So the first 30 seconds of the song when it hits that spot there's some sonic coloration (it's not a skip, but you can hear surface noise as it hits the bump).  The rest of both LPs play and sound great.  This cannot be removed as it's pressed directly in the wax, and yes it's noticeable but doesn't degrade the record overall more than one grade.  That's why we've listed it as VG.
