Storyville PA-6006 - Mono LP
Vinyl is a "5". LP - Record Played Once or Twice, a Few Faint Surface Marks, No Spindle Marks. +++ No Insert. July 1956 session.
Jacket is a "4.5+".

3 = Jackets may have seam split repairs, or small seam splits, corner and edge wear can be more obvious. Some LPs in this category have pretty good looking jackets, just edge and seam wear.
