On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Traffic called 'Last Exit' and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island 'Circle' logo label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF TRAFFICS RAREST LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! IT COMPLETELY FLOPPED ON RELEASE - GOING NOWHERE NEAR THE CHARTS AND ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS!!!! AS A RESULT - FINDING A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION OVERALL AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' PINK ISLAND 'CIRCLE' LOGO LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK Island 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in BRILLIANT condition overall!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9097 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Traffic at their best!!!! Any fan of Traffic, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The 1st Press Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has some slight 'roughening' to the edges, some VERY slight 'roughening' to the spine (NOT through the colour!), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only VERY slight rubbing, an absolutely TINY and IMPOSSIBLE to notice 'touched in' sticker removal trace in the top right corner (believe me this is virtually INVISIBLE!), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in SUPERB condition with NO rubbing, NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, and NO writing!!!! There is also some VERY minor evidence of 'touching in' in places - though this actually ENHANCES the cover - and certainly does NOT degrade it in ANY respect!!!! The cover must grade Very Good(Minus) if not better and is VERY presentable indeed!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
