Description
Hello. I’m offering some super LPs for sale over the next few weeks. Please read the bunf after the description for terms, postage costs etc.
TRAFFIC MR FANTASY LP ORIGINAL UK MONO ILP961
This album sold reasonably well on its release, however it always turns up in battered condition. The sleeve on these LPs is particularily delicate; it was a very impractical with a thin and flimsy front and weak spine.
The good news is that this specific example has survived remarkably well; it is by far the nicest copy I've had.
The vinyl is pretty much flawless. It retains an 'as new' shine. There is one scuff over the first track on side one, which is non-sounding, other than that it really looks as good as new. Properly graded as EX+/NM.
The pink Island labels are mint.
The sleeve is a genuine EX/EX+, which given the nature of the album is a minor miracle. The spine is NOT split and all the writing is perfect and the edges of the front are NOT feathered. There are a few superficial creases in the laminate.
I think you will struggle to find a nicer copy!
I am very confident of the accuracy of my gradings, and will offer a full refund to those who do not agree! Most of my 100% positive selling feedback is from vinyl sales (although I have been inactive for a while). So please bid in confidence.
I DO NOT describe records with a VG rating as being STUNNING or AMAZING or indulge in any of the other sales hype which unfortunately prevails amongst record dealers on eBay. My records 100% genuine and have not been treated in any way to enhance their appearance.
Any items selling for over £50 MUST be sent by registered delivery, for mutual protection. Insurance is optional, but recommended. My postage charges are as follows (UK/EUROPE/REST OF WORLD) £3.00/£5.00/£7.00. These costs do NOT include insurance, which will be charged at cost. Items will be packed as I would expect to receive them. You can be confident that my LPs WILL NOT get damaged in the post, I know from bitter experience how infuriating it is to receive an LP with a damaged sleeve simply because the vendor could not be bothered to use adequate packaging.
