On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Traffic called 'Mr Fantasy' and is a MEGA RARE 1967 UK STEREO 1st pressing on the 1st Press Island 'Circle' logo label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO!!!! IN 1967 BARELY ANY 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER PRESSED IN STEREO - WITH VIRTUALLY ALL BEING MONO!!!! AS A RESULT, FINDING A 100% GENIUNE STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TODAY!!!! LATER STEREO PRESSINGS ON LATER LABELS OCCASSIONALLY TURN UP - BUT 100% GENIUNE 1967 STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS VIRTUALLY NEVER DO!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1967 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS ISLAND 'CIRCLE' LOGO LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS STEREO GATEFOLD LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN STEREO!!!!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9061 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Island label (see picture) and is a UK 1967 STEREO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Traffic at their best!!!! Any fan of Traffic, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light wispy scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle, and only some VERY low level touches of background sound on 1 set of run on grooves and the occassional gap!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has barely ANY edge wear (NOT through the colour), only light roughening the VERY point of the spine ONLY (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is flat looking), VERY shiny laminate, only slight corner wear (less to the outer corners, slightly more to the spinal corners), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, and barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL!!!! This cover MUST grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN STEREO!!!!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
