TRAFFIC Mr Fantasy ISLAND RECORDS LP ~ Mono ~ A/B ILP961!
 
Original 1967 UK LP with front/back laminated gatefold sleeve and original plain white die-cut inner sleeve.
Released on the ISLAND RECORDS label, catalogue number ILP961 (mono).
Laminated gatefold sleeve with ‘Flipbacks’ on the inside.
Pink Island label first pressing on the smooth/matte label variation.
 
Matrix numbers read: A-Side: ILP 961 A / B-Side: ILP 961 B ~ (both etched).
 
Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT)
Clean sleeve, has minor touches of wear on the corners, has four crinkly superficial laminate lifts on the front sleeve however these are not deep sleeve creases.
The back sleeve shows some light ring wear and a small part of the top back sleeve has some laminate lifting hugging the spine’s edge.
Middle gatefold sleeve is EXCELLENT in appearance.
Sleeve displays no rips/tears, no edge wear, no seem splits and no creases, overall graded VERY GOOD+ condition.
The plain white die-cut inner sleeve has corner creases, no splits are evident, graded VERY GOOD condition.
 
Record labels are clean, both sides have light centered spindle marks evident, surfaces retain a superb full glossy sheen.
Displays no bad, heavy scuffs/marks on both sides, some minor/minimal hairline scuffs are only evident under light.
Graded visually as NEAR MINT condition.
 
*Record tested plays FINE/EXCELLENT on both sides.
Has some occasional low level background surface noise evident in quiet parts.
Overall this is relatively minor with no overshadowing of music evident.
