On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Traffic called 'Mr Fantasy' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Island 'Circle' logo label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE RAREST POSSIBLE 1ST PRESSING EVER!!!!  THERE ARE SO MANY ULTRA RARE DETAILS ABOUT THIS AMAZING 1ST PRESSING (WHICH I WILL EXPLAIN BELOW) - THAT MAKES THIS LP THE ULTIMATE TRAFFIC RARITY!!!!  FIRSTLY THIS LP IS A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING FROM THE 'DAY OF RELEASE' BACK IN 1967!!!!  IT HAS MUCH THICKER VINYL THAN ALL LATER PRESSINGS, AND A 'TEXTURED' LABEL ON BOTH SIDES (LATER ONES DONT)!!!!  SECONDLY THIS LP IS 1ST PRESSED IN ULTRA RARE STEREO!!!!  AND THIS IS ONE LP WHERE STEREO REALLY MATTERS!!!!  THIS IS BECAUSE THE ULTRA RARE STEREO 1ST PRESSING IS AT LEAST 20 TIMES RARER AS 1ST PRESSING THAN THE COMMON MONOS!!!!  BACK IN 1967 BARELY ANY 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER PRESSED IN STEREO AND SALES WERE ABSOLUTELY TINY!!!!  VIRTUALLY ALL 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE WERE IN MONO AND MOST 1ST PRESSINGS WERE MADE LIKE THIS!!!!  AS A RESULT, FINDING A 100% GENIUNE STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AROUND AT EVERY 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER OFFERED FOR SALE!!!!  VIRTUALLY EVERY ONE WILL BE IN MONO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN STEREO!!!!  OF COURSE LATER STEREO PRESSINGS ON LATER LABELS OCCASSIONALLY TURN UP FOR SALE - BUT 100% GENIUNE 1967 STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS SIMPLY NEVER DO!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 1967 STEREO 1ST PRESSING!!!!

BUT THERE IS YET ANOTHER INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAIL ABOUT THIS LP WHICH MAKES IT STAND WAY ABOVE ALL OTHERS!!!!  AND THAT IS THE COVER!!!!  THE COVER ON THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY FRAGILE - AND VIRTUALLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP THAT EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE - HAS TERRIBLY WORN EDGES, A SPLIT OR HEAVILY DAMAGED SPINE, OR SPLITS/HOLES OR TEARS IN THE SPINAL CORNERS.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!  THE COVER ON THIS LP HAS ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THOSE PROBLEMS AND IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!  JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE RECORD IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND PLAYS WITH ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SOUND QUALITY!!!!  IT PLAYS WITH INCREDIBLE 1ST PRESS STEREO SOUND - AND HAS CLEARLY ALWAYS BEEN PLAYED WITH THE CORRECT STEREO NEEDLE!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' ISLAND 'CIRCLE' LOGO LABELS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS STEREO GATEFOLD LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK STEREO 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 961 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Island label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK 1967 STEREO 1st pressing!!!!  All the tracks are pure quality Traffic at their best!!!! Any fan of  Traffic, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  There is also an ULTRA faint and virtually INVISIBLE residue trace (the faintest residue ONLY - absolutely NO damage AT ALL) on one label - but take a look at my label pictures - it is virtually INVISIBLE and is as MINOR as is possible to get!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition and plays SUPERBLY!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only some very VERY light general paper scuffing only visible under absolutely EXTREME light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO nasty loud pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL (only 2 on 1 set of run on grooves - barely ANY elsewhere!), NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must STRICTLY grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS RECORD PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!!  The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Gatefold STEREO Cover is in SUPERB condition and simply IMPOSSIBLE to find like this!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (still FULLY laminated and a STUNNING shape!), only a VERY few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), SUPERB shiny laminate, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, and NO grubbyness!!!! This cover is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in this SUPERB condition and MUST grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!!  SUPERB COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
