Artist : Traffic Title : On The Road Catalogue Number : ISLD 2 Matrix Number : ISLD 2 A-1U / B-5U / A-2U / B-1U Issue : This is a UK 1st Press. This earliest and rare press is complete with the blue and gold MGM label, the earliest A//1 - B//1 - A//1 - B//1 matrix and the fully laminated gatefold sleeve. The vinyl is also complete with the original polylined inner sleeves. Vinyl Condition : The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition. There are a couple of wispy hairlines but these are extremely light, the vinyl is superb. Extremely glossy and bright. Label Condition : The labels are in EXCELLENT condition. The whites and greys are extremely bright and the text is sharp. There is just a little spindle wear. Sleeve Condition : The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition. The laminate is superb, the colours are vivid and the inside image is fabulous. There is some opening edge wear. The whole sleeve is solid and the edges are firm. The sleeve is extremely glossy and bright. The printed inner sleeves are in EXCELLENT condition. There is a little discolouration but they are very clean, bright and solid. Play Condition : The sound quality is EXCELLENT. Wonderful bold, rich and vibrant. There is a little occasional hiss but nothing intrusive, it is sharp and clear from start to finish.
