TRAPEZE WERE AMONG THE FIRST ACTS SIGNED TO THRESHOLD

IN 1969, THE MOODY BLUES THOUGHT ABOUT TRYING TO SECURE KING CRIMSON

BUT WERE FRIGHTENED OFF BY THE INTIMIDATING POWER OF KC, WHEN THE MOODIES WITNESSED THEM ON STAGE

THANKFULLY, HOWEVER, THEY DID SIGN TRAPEZE

RARE ORIGINAL UK 1970 1st PRESSING

HARD TO FIND IN TOP PRISTINE SHAPE LIKE THIS

thick, heavy, top quality UK Decca pressing

very near mint surfaces have no scratches or hairlines

merely the lightest superficial paper traces

both labels are snow-white, bright, clean and perfect

except for one faint spindle trace to side two

includes the Decca ‘blue squares’ stereo inner sleeve

this inner is super clean with almost no signs of handling

beautiful fully laminated gatefold cover by Robert Stace

it shines with dazzling gloss like polished glass

the immaculate inside gatefold layout is absolutely as new

all seams, spine, opening edges, corners are perfect and as new

rich, vibrant, blazing colour to the fine Phil Travers artwork

this splendid cover is very close to 100% mint

it still smells factory-fresh and brand new

and yet, incredibly, it is now
