TREE - (goat farm records; stereo; 1972). Great private psych hippie LP with some experimental progish moves. Local Kalona, Iowa release, produced and distributed by the band. Recorded live at 'The Pub' March 11, 1972 and at The Harper Hall Goat Farm concert. Players: Chris Singer-Roach- percussion, vocals; Gary 'Big G' Buck- guitars; John Leak- guitar; Tom Wilcox- trumpet; Lynn Willard- organ; Dan 'Moongoat' Roach- bass, vocals; Will Parsons- percussion, vocals, special effects. Long cuts: "Dedley medley(7:20), Directly form my heart(6:18), Down the rabbitt hole(7:13), Blue cheese gospel(5:20), Mind spirit body train(7:11), Moonlight couples only(7:50)". *Featured in Hans Pokora's '2001 Record Collector's Dreams" with 2 stars and listed in Joynson's 'Fuzz, Acid, Flowers' as R2. *Vinyl is solid MINT.
