MARC BOLAN / T.REX : L’ TAVERNE DE OLYMPIA  -   LIMITED EDITION 10” PURPLE VINYL  Recorded on 28th January 1971 for broadcast via ‘Antenne 2’ , the French TV channel. This  stunning four track performance is one of only a handful to feature T.Rex as a three piece outfit (Steve Currie having officially joined the band at the tail end of the previous year). Within a month of this recording, Hot Love was topping the UK charts, Bill Legend had been installed as the bands drummer, and an extensive American tour beckoned. The rest as they say is history.....
