Over the next few weeks I will try to figure out how to get these items to ebay.  I have minimal photography and computer skills!  Payment only in US funds please. 

Shipping USA:$4 Media Mail+$2 each additional/$8 Priority mail+$2 additional. I would advise priority Mail for safety and speed.
