We grade disc first/cover second. Our grades are M, NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-.
- M (Mint) - still sealed or 99% unplayed disc, we don't use this grade for cover
- NM (Near Mint) - (= M-) nearly perfect, plays like new
- EX (Excellent) - (= VG++) few surface marks, plays almost flawless
- VG+ (Very Good Plus) - some light scuffs/very light scratches, a few light pops/light surface noise in parts
- VG (Very Good) - more wear than VG+, moderate pops/surface noise/crackles
- VG- (Very Good Minus) - many surface wear, but no skips or jumps
The following abbreviations apply mostly to imperfections in the cover.
- cc = cut corner
- co(h/n) = cut-out (hole/notch)
- (d/pi/p)h = (drill/pin/promo) hole
- sl = slight
- sm = small
- rw = ring wear
- (t/b/s)sp = (top/bottom/spine) seam split

- (p)stio(c/l) = (promo) sticker on (cover/label)
- (p)stao(c/l) = (promo) stamp on (cover/label)
- wo(c/l) = writing on (cover/label)
- ti(c/l) = tear in (cover/label)
- to(c/l) = tag on (cover/label)
- stno(c/l) = stain on (cover/label)
- (o/i)fc/bc = (on/in) front cover/back cover
