Tracklist: Side A: The Misery Shows, Thinking of the Past, On Borrowed Time, Run to the Light Side B: Peace of Mind, Born In a Prison, Tuesday's Child, The Beginning
Includes: 1 original 12" vinyl record, original outer sleeve, original inner insert, original Metal Blade merchandise order form, clear inner sleeve that holds the record (I don't know if this is original or not), and a clear outer sleeve (to protect the outer LP sleeve). 
Vinyl LP: I played it once and had no issues with skipping, etc. It's actually pretty quiet for its age and it seem nice and flat. I also cleaned both sides prior to listing it for sale. I see some hairline marks and smudges when I hold it up to the light, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. 
Outer sleeve: The integrity of the outer sleeve is good overall and there's shelf wear (see provided photos). Most of the shelf wear is on the very bottom (the side that sits on a shelf). Part of the binding is a little loose on the bottom corner as well (on the side where the record inserts into the sleeve). 

 Inserts: The original insert is included and there is also a Metal Blade merchandise order form (see photo). They show some age, but there are no tears. 
I am personally satisfied with the condition of this LP, but for your peace of mind I do accept returns if you have any issues. I'm not an audiophile or professional seller/grader, but I am a serious LP collector who understands the joy that these LPs bring, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
