A Pair of Marc Bolans Shoes ~ With letter of authenticity
Circa 1972-73. These shoes were owned by Marc from the early 1970's. The ones in the picture of Marc are not the pair for sale, but around this time period Marc had lots of different colours in this same style: wooden heel, square toe, lace-up. This is just an illustration of the style/time period that he wore them. They are multi colour striped. They are made of leather (upper and the sole) and the heel is wood. They have no makers name in them - They were hand made for Marc and therefore would have no makers name. See the pictures for condition. They are in good used condition with a few scrapes and one shoelace is missing the end! BUT :They ARE original
They ARE genuine and
They were MARCS! They were kept in a garage/lock up after Marc died (by his estate) and they didn't fare too well (in the bottom of a chest with loads of stuff piled on top!!!) but this is the original condition that they were purchased from the Marc Bolan (Feld) estate in. They are sold with a letter of authenticity.**A great item for the collection! The price of insurance is included in the shipping costs. Overseas shipping will be added later when I get a quote. ** AUTHENTICATION?
