T.Rex Dandy In The Underworld Album 1977 Promo DJ Pack Complete & Extremely Rare & Collectible, From my own collection..I have only seen 4 come up for sale since 2013, most recent in 2021 at Omega Auctions & was £175 & incomplete (1 photo & Black envelope missing) These DJ promo packs were only put out by EMI in the UK, a few hundred only, This is totally complete & all original with 2 Mint genuine Michael Greene photographic prints taken at Bolans home at 142 Upper Richmond Rd, East Cheam London (the photos used for the packs weren’t mass produced paper/card pictures) and were only issued in the promo packs. Also included is the info card with tour details on the reverse, a round large tour sticker & pin badge and the all important press pack black envelope. (Often missing).
Vinyl is Ex condition with A1U 1G MELYS/ B1U 1M MELYS run out stampers & etching, Factory Sample sticker on side 2..Black Envelope is worn on edges but all ok, Album cover is VG+ with factory sample sticker on rear..see photos…Sound is brilliant as played it through before listing..everything is as it should be. If you have a serious T.Rex vinyl collection this is essential…I’ve had this for many years & only played it twice..
