Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Tested Plays fine)
Presentable sleeve, hype sticker intact, displays some bottom sleeve edge wear, which has partially worn through the seem and is partially spilt. Sleeve displays no rips/tears, and no deep lined sleeve creases. Overall sleeve grades VERY GOOD condition. Lyrics inner sleeve, clean with no wear or damage, graded EXCELLENT condition. Record Labels are clean, surfaces retain a full rich glossy sheen. No bad, deep or heavy marks, has a few minimal barely visible small soft hairline scuffs on both sides, record graded EXCELLENT condition (leans more towards NEAR MINT but conservatively graded).
