*Rated by many Jazz critics as one of his finest albums,

this is an original first UK pressing on Fontana of Mexican Green by Tubby Hayes.

I have been lucky enough to recently acquire an amazing selection of  Jazz & Blues LP's.

These came from a local lifelong Jazz fanatic who had been collecting for many years.

He has had to downsize his collection due to a homemove.

He had owned the albums from new and most are in pristine condition, some look unplayed.

Many were only played once or twice as they were transferred to tapes for future listening.

They were housed in enclosed units so, considering their age, most of the covers are also in EX or better condition.

I can honestly say that in all my own years of record collecting,

this has to be one of the finest collections I have ever come across.

The laminated front cover is in original clean and bright condition with no tears or writing.

In keeping with its age there is some light edge and corner wear, also a few light creases visible mainly near the spine edge and bottom right corner, also very light ringwear.

Graded EX- as the unlaminated rear cover is in great clear and bright condition but has discoloured slightly with age.

The record is also in original shiny and bright condition with very little sign of excessive play.

Under bright halogen light there are some light hairline surface marks on the vinyl and a few light spindle marks on the otherwise very clean and unmarked labels.

This is just one of a recently acquired collection of mostly original U.K. Jazz & Blues LP's that is surplus to requirements for my own collection.

They have been extremely well cared for.

I have tried to describe and grade this item as honestly and fairly as possible.

I am reluctant to grade any record as Mint unless it is still factory sealed or I know that it has never been played.

I have visually graded all records as fairly and accurately as possible +/- using the UK Record Collector’s Guide.

Any record with a picture cover is sent with the record and inner taken out and placed behind the sleeve to avoid sleeve damage in transit.

They are sent in professional mailers with stiffeners added for extra protection. Cd’s are bubble wrapped and sent in professional mailers.

More expensive items are also inserted into a heavy-duty padded bag to give that extra protection for the really valuable items.

I want ALL my items to arrive at their destination in the same condition they leave me.

I do not profit on postage, my packing is high standard and it weighs a little more.
