Rare Israeli LP

 

You are bidding on a very rare Israeli LP. Contain Cover versions in HEBREW to songs by Vladimir Vissotski and Bulat Okudzhava.

Pressed in 1976 called "Got Friends Go 76 - A Tune Of Hope". This was the 3rd album on the "Got Friends Go" series (the first two records also included Russian songs sung in Hebrew but as far as I know this is the only volume that included a song by Vysotsky).

The cast in this LP included Danny Katz, Oded Ben-Hur, Yonit Shaham & Dudu Elharar.

The song by Vissotski is called LET ME FLY (translated to Hebrew as "Fly To Odessa"). The rest of the songs are by Bulat Okudzhava & Alexander Galich.

The album came out in 1976. This is the first (and only) pressing and it's very hard to find since it didn't sell well at the time.

Packaging

 

Records are wrapped in bubble-nylon and packed in a high-quality heavy cardboard package. Record is being taken out of the sleeve to avoid damages while shipping.

Grading

 

I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)

My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly ever played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
