Here are TWO RARE Hank Thompson records from my collection up for sale: One is a vintage original first pressing that has some marks and the other is a beautiful 1960's second pressing that has been well cared for! Great productions by Hank who was breaking new ground with his western swing band and their songs which include string sections, brass sections, great steel guitar and great lyrics! FIRST: A rare 1957 album by Hank Thompson and his Brazo Valley Boys "ALL TIME HITS", this is a beautiful 2nd pressing circa 1960 released on Capitol records T-729 MONO, very well cared for condition, still in shrink, stunning 54 year old!  The heavy weight vinyl rates  EX/nr Mint, is clean , near pristine vinyl,  stunning gloss! has been PLAY TESTED and plays EX, outstanding audio quality! A VERY enjoyable record! Jacket is gorgeous, rates EX! Still in factory shrinkwrap! Beautiful front cover, bright color, Binder edge EX and readable! Bottom seam has partial split 1" at record opening that has been repaired, rear cover is bright and clean, super!
PLUS: a rare 1955 lp record album by Hank Thompson and his Brazo Valley Boys "NORTH OF THE RIO GRANDE". This is a first pressing released on Capitol records ET-618, has some marks but still play-worthy! The heavy weight vinyl rates only VG, is glossy and clean, has a few light marks, a couple small heavier marks but has been PLAY TESTED and plays through no problem, a few errant pops but otherwise very minimal surface noise! A VERY enjoyable record! Jacket is gorgeous, rates EX!  Beautiful front cover, Binder edge EX and readable! Bottom seam EX, top seam has partial split neatly repaired with non-yellowing clear tape, near opening (unnoticeable), rear cover is bright and clean, super!
