Description
Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool popcorn, soul, mambo, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, Cajun, boogaloo, blues, funk, psychedelic, sunshine pop, mod, exotica, gospel, and lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. Lots of gospel blues and gospel soul beauties this week, along with runs of the Blue Note and Band Box labels. And, as always, tons of great 45s from greater Texas and Louisiana.

An all-time Texas teen rockabilly noir favorite. Wistful '56 rock-a-ballad nocturne with high twang, haunted vocal, and crucial whistling effects. Flip "You Ain't Treatin' Me Right" is an excellent, echo-y rocker with lovely guitar breaks and a hepcat vocal turn by Mac.
GRADING: NM-/VG++/VG+/VG/VG-/G/F. I basically never grade anything NM-.
