From the archives of a noted Australian rock’n’roll and entertainment historian comes this classic piece of Australian post-punk music history. Tactics. Second Language / Long Story TEST PRESSING. 1981. Australian pressing. Post-punk Canberra band, active 1977-89. Released on Green Records in March 1981, cat number LRF 072. Record in Very Good Plus condition, some minor scratches and scuffs. Generic paper sleeve. SHIPPING: In these COVID times, there have been problems with international shipping from Australia beyond slow, or no, air mail. I’ve had a parcel to the UK damaged and another that was diverted from air mail to sea mail and, three months later, appears no closer to reaching Europe. Until things improve, I’m shifting to Express Air Mail. More expensive but if you’re bidding for a record you want to enhance the probability of getting it in good order. The other option is for Standard Air Mail but buyer pays for full insurance and the correct value of the record is noted on the customs form, which some buyers have been reluctant to do in the past.
