Tad (often styled as TAD) was an American rock band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1988 by Tad Doyle. They are often recognized as one of the first bands of the grunge era.
God's Balls is the debut album by Tad. It was released in 1989 on Sub Pop. The band promoted the album by undertaking a European tour with labelmates Nirvana.
Psychedelic, heavy redneck intentions twinned with Jack Endino's brilliant production skills, made these early grunge records sound like Black Sabbath and The Stooges had decamped to the woodshack from Evil Dead to scream and holler their new curses on an unsuspecting civilisation. Chainsaw guitars, pulverising riffs, insane howling and punishing drums made this the heaviest of the first wave of grunge.
This is the orginal 1989 US release on Sub Pop, gatefold, limited edition with band poster. The band poster is a Sub Pop poster for Tad 'Behemoth'.

It has been kept in storage in a smoke free household. It is from a large and varied record collection, not a DJ collection. This record has never been DJed and is in good condition.
With Judas aka Side 1 there are a few little crackles between tracks 1 and track 2. There is a wee crackle at the end of 'Tuna Car', track 4.
Flip it over to Jesus, there is a small pop and a few little crackles between tracks 2 and track 3. Right at the start of 'Boiler Room' track 2 there are two wee crackles. Finally between tracks 4 and track 5 there is a small pop, then two wee crackles.
There is evidence of slight foxing on the record sleeve from being in storage.
