"446 W. 50th St. N. Y. C. label and deep groove both sides. "RVG" in the runout both sides. "446 West 50th St., New York 19, N.Y." address on back cover. No printing on spine. "Not for Sale" stamps on back cover.
Record looks and plays VG++. Side A has has some very small, superficial marks that look like they might be discoloration of the vinyl from long storage in the glassine sleeve. They don't affect play. No scratches, no heavy scuffs. A nice copy that plays well.
Cover is strong VG+.
Front cover looks quite good. It is shiny and bright with light to moderate wear, which unfortunately shows up on the white background. If not for the visible wear on the front, I'd say it was a VG++ cover. Back cover has light to moderate wear with three "Not for Sale" stamps. Top seam is split and untaped app 1/4 inch at the pocket. Probably split app 1/2 inch at the spine and untaped. Bottom seam is not split with small spot of heavy wear at pocket and minor denting at corners. Spine is not split with light to moderate wear and spots of heavy wear on corners.
