Vinyl Condition: Very Good+ (Shiny clean playing surface, with some wispy marks and the odd scuff on each side. Ihave tried to capture main offenders in photos - hard to see without camera flash - some wispy marks through run-in/beginning of track 1 on Side 1. Some surface marks to the Side 1 label. Plays without skips or jumps.
Playback: Plays through without skips or jumps. No major auditory distortion. On my system it played with the occasional staticy pop and background crackle in places. For example, background crackle and some staticy pops were audible during The Rainbow intro with the trumpet, but less noticeable once the guitar + drums + harmonica came in. The crackle is most noticeable in the track 1 intro. It never overpowers the music, but is noticeable in the silent or quiet moments of this record, which has a few. I wouldn't buy this album if you want a pristine, silent copy. But if you can tolerate background crackle in places you'll be fine, not unheard of for a 40 year-old record. Note this album is pressed very quietly too, so surface noise and crackle is more noticeable. )
Sleeve Condition: Very Good+ (Some light wear to glossy outer, discolouration to top and bottom of outer sleeve, and beginning of ringwear. Fully readable uncrushed spine. Original printed inner very well-preserved, with some light ringwear, and a couple of spot stains - see photos.)

1st UK press of 'Spirit of Eden' on Parlophone. Free UK Royal Mail signed-for post. Used records are cleaned with record-cleaning fluid and posted in card mailers, with additional corrugated card stiffeners.
