This is a rare and collectible vinyl promotional record by Talking Heads, released in 1986 by Sire Records. The record features 33 RPM speed and is in black color with a cardboard sleeve case type. The vinyl material is excellent (EX) and has been ultrasonically cleaned. The record grading is near mint (NM or M-) and the sleeve grading is also excellent (EX). The release title is "True Stories" and the catalogue number is 9 25512-1. This LP is a must-have for any alternative rock genre fan and is a rare find for collectors. The record is in its original cover and comes with the original inner sleeve. This item is perfect for any music enthusiast and is a great addition to any vinyl collection.
Grading System:
Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Probably Never Played in New Condition.
Near Mint (NM) – The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.
Excellent (E) – Same but I’d tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.
Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.
Very Good (VG) – It’s seen a bit of life, but is still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches.
