Taylor Swift Midnights: Moonstone Blue Edition Vinyl with Hand Signed Photo and attached HEART
The record is unplayed. I only opened it to take a picture of the signed insert and make sure everything was there. I wore gloves while handling everything  so as not to get any of "my" fingerprints on anything. Sorry I did not see any of Taylor's fingerprints on the signed insert and no cat hairs. 
The inner record sleeve that holds the vinyl has a seem split about 2-3 inched. See the third photo for details.
The item you will receive is the item in the picture. I bought this directly from her website and have proof if you needed it.
