Tchaikovsky Capriccio Kletzki UK HMV ASD 343
The Philharmonia Orchestra is conducted by Paul Kletzki performs Tchaikovsky’s “Capriccio Italien” and “Andante Cantabile”, Glinka’s “Jota Aragonesa” and Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Tsar Saltan Suite”. An original English stereo pressing on the HMV Label (ASD 343), the labels are cream with a gold border and stereophonic, plum lettering and a small shaded dog. The record is of much worn appearance with a multitude of surface scuffing and plays and sounds superb with consistent surface noise and occasional clicks. The recording is superb. The cover is worn and has rubbed with creases, a split at the centre of the bottom edge and has yellowed on the back.
