Sleeve has light wear edges and corners, purchase date is back lower edge says Sept.1966 T Wells, that is Tenbury Wells  Worcestershire Uk. Excellent condition. Looks like an original inner sleeve. Labels are RCA grooved black spot Made in England by the Decca record company and excellent, vinyl and play quality are excellent near mint condition. Really rare record in fantastic condition.
