Description
This is a beautiful hard-to-find 2-LP Blue Back box set of Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite" with Ernest Ansermet conducting the L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande on London wideband, deep-groove ffss label (CSA-2203) in STEREO, pressed in ENGLAND. The set includes the original ffss inner sleeves, and the two original cardboard inserts that were used to separate the LPs.
All four sides of the vinyl have matrix numbers ending in 1E.
I don't think this box set was played more than once.
Vinyl: NM clean and glossy vinyl, no scratches or scuffs
Listening: Incredible fidelity, virtually no noise.
Cover: NM box and cover show almost no wear; box is intact and corners are together. Printed program notes are on the inside cover.
