Description

Many thanks for your interest in my records! I've collected records for over 30 years and as such sometimes take stock and realise how many duplicates I have accrued, and how many records I no longer listen to. I grade using the RRPG Record Collector grading system, though feel that I grade down if anything, please check my feedback for proof of this! I have sold many records (some incredibly rare ones in the 4 figures) over the years, so please rest assured that my gradings have been satisfactory so far! Though, If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving negative feedback. I haven't had negative feedback so far, and don't intend to start now if I can at all help it!
I'll combine records for the same price for up to 3 disks (double LPs count as 2!), and at as reduced a rate as I can beyond that! International bidders please ask, as I'll send them as cheaply as possible for you,but they must be sent tracked and insured.

Here we have a nice 1st UK edition of SAX 2285, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and Nutcracker Ballet Suites performed by The Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Wolfgang Sawallisch, on the ealiest Light Blue & Silver labels. Complete with a period EMI "A Selection of the World's Greatest Classical LP Records" booklet.

Record Condition: EX- A lovely record, with just a few feather-light "withdrawal-style" surface hairlines, visible when angled into strong direct light. One mark, at the beginning of Side 1, whilst still light, is slightly more visible. Really nice strong audio!

Labels Condition: EX Really strong clean silver and light blue labels in really crisp condition, completely free from graffiti/abbrasions/tears/stains/fading etc. Just a few extremely light spindle trails visible around the central spindle holes,andvery hard to spot until angled under strong, direct light. Very nice!

Sleeve Condition: VG+ or stronger! Really nice strong laminated front sleeve, with strong edges, a small amount of corner rub, the opening mouth edges remain strong, and the flipback tabs remain sturdily stuck in place! The non-laminated back-cover is again in strong condition and has an EMI "MT" tax code sticker to the bottom-right corner. There is a little age yellowing,but generallyvery nice! The spine is strong,and fully legible.

Insert Condition: VG Handled, but generally nice. A little corner folding and slight foxing,but no tears, a few very subtle ticks,and asteriscs upon close inspection.
