Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto Campoli UK Decca XL 2029 WBG
This rare recording features Campoli with the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ataulfo Argenta performing the Tchaikovsky “Violin Concerto”. An English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SXL 2011 stampers 2E/1E), the labels are black with a full frequency stereophonic stereo “fatband” and logo, original recording by… at 10 o’clock and a groove. The record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has a ring with minor wear to the edges.
