Description

An original 1st press of STSOL on UK Fontana. Matrix 3/4. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover WITHOUT a hype sticker. This means you get to better appreciate the aesthetic of the cover.  We have a bespoke inner and the Fontana promo sheet too. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete. Please note when first pressed someone added a side 2 label onto side 1. It was obviously spotted at the time and a side 1 sticker was then applied over the top! This additional sticker has bubbled up a bit - but it's not damage or to do with coming into contact with water.. Just a cock up at the plant!
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+ ) In beautiful condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A super super copy - and you'll really need that for this title. Lots of low-key moody moments rendered with a perfectly quiet background. A clean copy is going to deliver this 80's classic with amazing detail. I have certainly never witnessed better. Clean throughout - you're not gonna better this copy. FINAL UPGRADE<
Cover (Ex+) When I first set eye upon this example I thought, surely this is a reissue right, but hell no....it is a genuine '88 copy. Holy Moses - how the hell has it turned up in '22 looking like this. It is effectively a brand new copy from '88..haha - amazing! Beautifully shiny and totally flat with not a whiff of use. Zero edge wear and sharp openings. The spine is 100% perfect. Four pointy corners. Give it up...this copy is ridiculous! Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex/Ex+) No splits...hardly any ageing at all.
